Noida-based real estate developer 3C Company announced the launch of its Rs 2,400-crore green residential project in Noida Sector 110. Named Lotus Panache, the project will cover 41 acres and will have 30 towers with two-, three-and four-bedroom apartments priced from Rs 32 lakh to Rs 60 lakh. The apartments will be of 986 sq ft to 2,500 sq ft in size.
